Torrential rains caused significant damage to this home. The fist picture shows the water behind the wall and throughout the carpet. Rain is not considered clean after it has turned to flood water. There are too many contaminates.

The home had significant water in the basement after a torrential storm. The flooding filled the well and came through the window that was not sealed properly. The homeowners called SERVPRO of West Jordan to see if we could help.

The basement needed to have the drywall removed and the carpet and pad disposed of. The drying process only took three days and was ready for rebuilding.
