Evan is a very conscientious service tech and his associate Corey is a great help. As a company, SERVPRO of West Jordan is superior in their immediate on time performance and their quality of work is unsurpassed. They’ve been a true life saver in handling the severe water damage we incurred due to a large ice dam on our roof. We received over 5 feet of snow in two days but that did not deter them from arriving at at home the next day after we discovered the leaks. I’d give them 100 stars if that was an option.

I woke up on New Years day to find my basement was flooding. Even though it was a holiday, their after hours team was very quick to answer the call. I live about 50 minutes away from them and they were here in about 60.

My normal experience with On Call is resentment, frustration, and bare minimum effort usually pushing the issue off to the team in the morning. That was not the case with Evan. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, reassured me that things would be better, and had a great attitude about the entire thing.

He even answered all of my questions clearly and accurately without complaint, and I ask a LOT of questions.

I hope I won't ever need flood/water damage services again in the future. But I if I do these guys will be the first call I make.

SERVPRO came out extremely quick to do a mold test. The person contracted to buy my home requested SERVPRO to do a mold test. I knew I didn't have mold anywhere but still allowed it so they had no room for a bargain chip on the close. Of course the test came back negative. I'm completely satisfied with SERVPRO of West Jordan and their honesty in their dealings with customers. All I can say is these guys were a life saver. We had a devastating flood from an inactive abandoned canal that left a raging river through my basement. We called at 4:00am in the morning and they showed up with a crew to assess mine and two other homes in our neighborhood and were ready to work. Everything in our finished and furnished basement was a total loss and had to be removed. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They did a complete clean out removing all the furniture, carpet, drywall and all the debris from my yard. Not to mention the dead fish from my 150gallon fish tank. We had service with a smile. Had a great experience when we had our basement tragically flood in our newly purchased home. SERVPRO showed up the day we contacted them which was New Years Day! SERVPRO were absolutely brilliant. We had water damage affecting three levels in the house. Complete catastrophe! Then SERVPRO arrived and took care of everything. Joy, in the front office scheduled all the aspects of the project really well: she was able to answer all my questions and explain what was involved. Juan managed the whole restoration project on site. He time managed all aspects so we knew what was happening and when with the least disruption. Woke up to find out my youngest son left the water on in the basement window well all night. It looked like a big fish tank with a waterfall at the bottom. Someone was going to get it! Lol. This is our first home and we had just purchased it 5 weeks earlier. SERVPRO of West Jordan came to our house and did a thorough check of our walls and carpet. The great news was no moisture was in our walls and only part of our padding needed replacement. The carpet would just need drying so we just needed fans. They were honest with us and gave us recommendations with DIY options that ended up saving us a ton of money without pursuing the insurance claim that we started. They did the right thing for us rather than money thing for them. Call them first for everything and anything they can help you with because I believe they'll do the right thing for you, too!

SERVPRO came to our home and made a horrible day into an awesome day! We had a leak from an old pipe on our main water shut off line that had been leaking all night and it leaked all the way through the wall and onto the carpet in our basement.They were quick and efficient and got the job done. We will always use them and refer them to anyone and everyone.

Juan was extremely helpful in dealing with my kitchen repair. An issue came up after the work was completed - that was my builder’s installation error, not a SERVPRO problem. (My kitchen sink disattached from the countertop!). But Juan was concerned about me being without a sink and the hassle that would ensue from going back and forth with the builder, so he had his crews come out to fix my sink right away, even though it wasn’t their problem! I so appreciated this, and the work ethic and professionalism shown by Juan. Such a contrast to the business ethics of my home builder. Many thanks!

SERVPRO has done a great job with the flood in our basement. My husband and I were out of town when our basement flooded, our daughter found the flood and SERVPRO was there within 2 hours. They worked through the early morning hours to soak up as much water as possible. They spent the next week monitoring the damage. After a final assessment it was determed we would loose the carpet and 24 inches of all the walls. They jumped right in it. They have been professional, through, and a pleasure to work with. I certainly hope we never have a need for their service again, but if we do I know exactly who I will call. Thank you SERVPRO for a job well done.

We had an awful fire at our house a few months ago, such a pain and like watching your worst nightmare come true. SERVPRO West Jordan was a life saver!!! Having a leak in the main part of your house is never a great experience, but the people at SERVPRO made it less of a hassle. T took the time to make my walls and ceiling look like new. Very happy with everything so far.
