Office is flooded by outside water.

Debris left in office after water is extracted.

The flood water that damaged this office was very dirty. The contaminates and dirt was left behind after SERVPRO of West Jordan had extracted all the standing water.

Flood water causes a lot of damage when it comes to porous materials. We were almost certain that the wood paneling in the office would need to be removed. But the faux brick acting as a baseboard held the water at bay leaving the walls dry.

The faux brick floor and baseboards are not porous and therefore will only need to be cleaned and disinfected to be usable again.
