How to maintain bathroom tile?

Most of the time the water you can't see is worse than the water you can.

It is important to maintain the tile in your bathroom to keep water on the surface.

1. Seal grout yearly to keep water out.
2. Seal or replace cracked tiles so water doesn't soak subfloor.
3. Use mats to soak up water from tub and shower.

After many years the tile in this bathroom had lost its seal. Over those same years the water from the tub and shower penetrated through the grout and under the tile. The air movers and dehumidifier dried out the subfloor.
