SERVPRO were absolutely brilliant. We had water damage affecting three levels in the house. Complete catastrophe! Then SERVPRO arrived and took care of everything. They were punctual, courteous and so hard working. I really felt they cared. Joy, in the front office scheduled all the aspects of the project really well: she was able to answer all my questions and explain what was involved. Juan managed the whole restoration project on site. He time managed all aspects so we knew what was happening and when with the least disruption. Throughout the project we had confidence in him being there to manage the process through to completion. He did this with such efficiency and excellence. His team were amazing also. I cannot thank them enough.

Woke up to find out my youngest son left the water on in the basement window well all night. It looked like a big fish tank with a waterfall at the bottom. Someone was going to get it! Lol. This is our first home and we had just purchased it 5 weeks earlier. SERVPRO of West Jordan came to our house and did a thorough check of our walls and carpet. The great news was no moisture was in our walls and only part of our padding needed replacement. The carpet would just need drying so we just needed fans. They were honest with us and gave us recommendations with DIY options that ended up saving us a ton of money without pursuing the insurance claim that we started. They did the right thing for us rather than money thing for them. Call them first for everything and anything they can help you with because I believe they'll do the right thing for you, too!

Juan was extremely helpful in dealing with my kitchen repair. An issue came up after the work was completed - that was my builder’s installation error, not a SERVPRO problem. (My kitchen sink disattached from the countertop!). But Juan was concerned about me being without a sink and the hassle that would ensue from going back and forth with the builder, so he had his crews come out to fix my sink right away, even though it wasn’t their problem! I so appreciated this, and the work ethic and professionalism shown by Juan. Such a contrast to the business ethics of my home builder. Many thanks!

I was SO impressed with SERVPRO since the minute I opened my door to them. They were polite, kind, hard working, efficient, and honestly it doesn't look like our leak ever happened!!!
